TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

SimpleSeniorPC Care™ may earn a commission when a visitor purchases through such links, generally at no additional cost to the purchaser. Independent Partner Organizations; Conduct and Care

Independent partner organizations are responsible for their own employees, contractors, caregivers, service delivery, patient and resident care, supervision, training, safety procedures, and compliance with applicable laws. SimpleSeniorPC Care™ does not supervise or control partner caregiving services and is not responsible for a partner’s independent acts or omissions, including alleged negligence, abuse, neglect or mistreatment, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded or arises from our own conduct. Partner agreements may separately allocate responsibilities, indemnification and insurance requirements. This notice does not eliminate rights of patients, residents, or other third parties under applicable law.

13. Injunctive Relief

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
